Bilateral proficiency testing (bPT)

 

You can book and carry out the bilateral proficiency testing individually and flexibly within a specified period of time, which is ideal for time-critical requests. You will receive an unknown proficiency testing sample to analyze. You then share the results of your examination with the DRRR. Within 1-2 weeks, you will receive your performance record as a z'-score in the form of a certificate.
The performance evaluation always refers to a previous regular proficiency testing, so that you can always use the bPT to refer to a proficiency testing.

bPT costs:

The costs are identical to the costs of the respective proficiency testing from our standard program (see ODIN) plus shipping costs.
Alternatively, you are also welcome to order reference material from us, if available. 

Your conditions of participation:

Participation in a bPT is open to all laboratories. Prior participation in our regular proficiency testing is not necessary. The analyze time depends on technical conditions (parameters, matrix, shelf life of the material, etc.) and is agreed individually. If this agreed testing period expires after the samples have been sent without the results being transmitted, an evaluation and thus the issuance of a certificate cannot take place.
The implementation of the bPT depends on the availability of the material. The bPT is not within the scope of DRRR GmbH accreditation.
