The DRRR is an A2LA accredited proficiency testing provider according to ISO/IEC 17043:2010. The accreditation is only valid for the scope of accreditation listed in the annex [#5491.01].
In our product catalogue in the column “Accreditation” it is marked whether the proficiency test is covered by the scope of accreditation by A2LA or not.
DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043:2010 (DAkkS)
The DRRR is an proficiency testing provider accredited by the DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043:2010. The accreditation is only valid for the scope of accreditation listed in the annex [D-EP-17063-01-00].
In our product catalogue, the column “Accreditation” indicates whether the proficiency test is covered by the scope of accreditation by the DAkkS or not.

Within the scope of our accreditation we offer you a convenient oppurtunity for a customer feedback. Please use this also for critical comments, complaints and appeals.

The process for handling complaints and appeals is shown transparently below:
- In-depth review and assessment of the complaint/appeal by a competent employee or group of competent employees
- Classification of the case and development of the necessary actions (immediate, corrective and preventive measures)
- Once preventive and corrective actions have been completed, an improvement is initiated
- the customer is informed about actions regarding the complaint/appeal
