How can you change your ODIN account details?
You can change your account details, such as your phone number, language, or password, at the top left under “Your user account.”
It is not possible to change your email address or your company address details (main address, delivery address, and invoice address) yourself—these changes must be made by contacting info@drrr.de.
How can you find information in the ODIN proficiency testing catalog without logging in?
The search function is always available to you. To view prices and shipping periods, you must log in.
Is it possible to create multiple email addresses for one account?
Deputy function:
is for anyone who acts as a deputy for the user and/or carries out the tests for the proficiency testing scheme. It is also for employees who are required to book proficiency testing schemes for their colleagues in the laboratory. Only one deputy is allowed per user account.
Supervisor function:
is intended, for example, for laboratory managers, QMBs, or similar persons who wish to view the proficiency testing schemes that have been booked, their certificates, and reports. Here you can view an overview of multiple users at a single location and/or across different locations. In this function, it is not possible to book proficiency testing schemes or submit results.
