How do you book a proficiency testing?
How do you receive an offer?
Book the relevant proficiency testing directly in ODIN or request a quote. Detailed instructions can be found here.
How and when will the shipment be made?
The shipping method (room temperature, cooled, or frozen) can be found in the proficiency testing catalog. The date of sample shipment is stored in the “Booked PT” tab. Approximately two weeks before sample shipment, you will receive a letter with all relevant data (including the exact shipping period/shipping date). A tracking number will be sent automatically by the shipping service provider to the recipient of the package after shipment.
How do you enter your results?
The results are entered directly in ODIN under the tab “Booked proficiency testings”. Detailed instructions can be found here.
How do you access the certificate and report?
The documents are available for download in ODIN. Detailed instructions can be found here.
How will I receive the invoice and how can I pay?
The invoice will be sent to you as the contact person for the proficiency testing by email after the proficiency testing has been completed. Alternatively, it will be sent to a specified invoicing email address (if provided) or uploaded to a portal.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
