With the introduction of a robotic system for the production of reference materials and proficiency testing samples, the DRRR is establishing new standards. This system enables the precise, individual spiking of chemical and microbiological proficiency testing samples of any complexity. Spiking can be performed in both liquid and solid matrices.

Thanks to automatically generated weighing protocols, traceability and documentation requirements are fully met with minimal effort. Samples that do not meet the specifications are automatically sorted out.

This automation has also allowed us to reduce the number of defective samples to a minimum and significantly increase sample homogeneity compared to manual preparations. This innovation will elevate the quality of our proficiency tests and reference materials to a new level and significantly support our company’s future growth.
